On Sep. 7th, 2007, Chinese vice foreign minister Li Jinzhang met in Xiamen with the guests from Caribbean countries respectively, on the sidelines of the 2nd China-Caribbean Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum. The guests were Under-Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Jamaica Vilma McNish,, Minister of Tourism of Antigua and Barbuda Harold Lovell, Cuban Deputy Minister for Foreign Investment and Economic Cooperation Ramon Marin, Haiti's Minister of Commerce and Industry Maguy Durcé, Dominican Deputy Tourism Minister Simo Maceo, Deputy Secretary General of Caribbean Community Lolita Applewhaite.
